Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: - 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Education Requirements - High school diploma or GED preferred.

- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.

- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on screen-printing experience.
Job Duties - Set up, operate, and troubleshoot screen-printing equipment.
- Assist with projects involving the proper selection and application of inks.
- Understand and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the cleanroom and screen-printing work areas.
- Produce products that consistently meet established quality control standards.
- Perform prototype testing and other manufacturing-related tasks as assigned.
- Make independent decisions regarding manufacturing processes and equipment while performing job responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Identify opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Understand and comply with ISO requirements for manufacturing.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain good housekeeping and proper waste-management practices.
Preferred Qualifications - Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
- Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Screen Print Production Associate.
Physical Capabilities - Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
