We are currently expanding our team to tackle more ambitious projects, including new DLC for our RTS game, Starship Troopers: Terran Command , and upcoming unannounced titles. As a 3D Animator , you will work closely with our team to bring life to human and non-human characters, vehicles, and various machinery. As part of our small team, your creative input will be highly valued, and you will be involved in the entire creation pipeline, including rigging, skinning, and animation. While your primary focus will be animation, you may also contribute to related 3D tasks such as modeling or texturing, should you possess these skills. What you will do Collaborate with the art team to iterate on and refine animations. Lead the end-to-end animation pipeline across all projects. Develop high-quality rigs, skinning, and animations for characters, vehicles, and machinery. Implement and test your animations directly within the Unity engine. What we are looking for Must-haves Professional proficiency in English or Dutch (spoken and written) Ability to work full-time on-site at our Hasselt studio Proven track record in creating 3D animated characters, machinery, and vehicles Advanced proficiency in rigging, skinning, and skeletal animation Strong proficiency in Blender and/or Maya Nice-to-haves Professional fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) Proficiency in 3D modeling using Blender Practical experience with texturing workflow in Substance Painter Working familiarity with the Unity Engine Experience developing technical animation systems in Unity, including procedural IK and ragdolls What We offer Full-time role in an established studio focused on making (strategy) games.
